To answer your question: partially, space colonization can be considered inside the limits.

    Terraformation is not.

We believe the beginnings of terraformation are possible. Actual successful terraformation would take awhile.

Terraforming will harm our stations, that is sure. But this is a decision that we can take in the future, and decide before for the rest of the draft.

Indeed, we can discuss that in another bill. Eurasia requests a response from the author, Zackalantis, as to the numerous and serious concerns raised by the opponents of this bill.

The main concern about this reso seems to be the extremley strict regulation of colonies.

Why don't we introduce amendments to the same and we can incorporate them in the resolution.
The UKZ will consider and entertain all ammendments except those on terraformation.

OOC: i don't get to reply very often due to technical difficulties. Apologies.

Eurasia will comprise a list of sections we are against, but as we have said previously amending will likely dramatically restructure the bill.

This bill is totally too chaotic, I'm all for restrictions in space but this is just, chaos. It's better to just write a wholy new bill. (No offense Zack, I know your intentions were good)

Seeing that there isn't enough concencus on the draft resolution. The Zack delegation moves to withdraw this resolution from the floor of the house and will re-write it.

All nations are encouraged to TG me regarding their concerns and possible amendments. We assure you that the UKZ will begin at once
