I'm going to assume you mean Stirva will claim land other than the area you indicated, because it's illegal to do so, and that all the land held by Atanea will revert to an unclaimed state.

In Conjunction with the RP involving the Khanate civil war, I would like to split south Khanate between Arveyres and Aloia and give North Khanate to Eurasia. and I will be making a new claim as Newellia.

Arveyres is unable to accept the entire land cession, and instead will accept the portions north of Ravinia and the South Coast, cessions of land on the North Coast are to be given to Duresia and New Tarajan.

The cartographer requests the standpoints of Eurasia and Aloia as to the situation of their cessions.

Aloia will accept a portion of the Khanate's cession, and will cede the land on the attached image colored red to New Tarajan and the green to Duresia.

We find the northern cession unacceptable as it does not represent the RP involvement in North Khanate.

Could you please remove the reserved area off my continent if it is for new nations, as I was planning on expanding there. If it is reserved for an existing member of the region, could you please tell me the name?

Article I§B of the Map System Reform and Regional Capital Operational Resolution: "Expansions by existing nations may not include land in the reserved area(s) and nations who made their initial claim in the reserved area may not expand further than three percent of their total land mass each expansion period if the expansion lies within a reserved area.".
