    Prosecutor-General Appointment Resolution II

    This resolution seeks the approval of the Esamir General Assembly members for the nation of New Tarajan to take the seat of United Nations of Esamir Prosecutor-General.
    Upon approval, the nation of New Tarajan shall assume the role immediately and remain in the position until the conclusion of the next scheduled election, resignation, or removal by the Esamir General Assembly.
    As Prosecutor-General, this nation will uphold all laws of the regional government in a court of law and seek penalty for offenders of a crime if a plaintiff does not rise to the occasion.

    This resolution affirms that the incumbent Prosecutor-General, the nation of Kaevi, has agreed to resign immediately following the successful appointment of New Tarajan.

    The voting period has ended and the results are as follows:

    FOR (incl. ABSTAIN)- 4
    AGAINST - 1

    The "Prosecutor-General Appointment Resolution II" has been passed by the Esamir General Assembly.
    Kaevi hereby resigns as Prosecutor-General to make way for the new appointee.
