Charter Interpretation: Borders of the United Nations of Esamir
Matter-At-Hand:
Interpretation of whether or not applicable rights and laws under the Charter apply to Esamiran citizens who are acting outside of the region of Esamir and those who have never resided within Esamir, but have accepted the Charter.
For the residency requirements of the Charter, must nations reside within a region bilaterally annexed into the United Nations of Esamir (UNE) government, reside in a region controlled by any UNE member, or none of the above?
Text of the Law:
Article III
Membership in the United Nations is open to all states which accept the obligations contained in the present Charter, and are able and willing to carry out these obligations.
