Resolution for the Arrest of Queen Leo
Preamble
The United Nations of Esamir,
Recognizing that the former Queen and Dictator of the Khanate, Leo, has escaped from prison,
Concerned by the threat she may pose to the United Nations of Esamir,
Understanding that her capture is of highest priority for peace throughout the world,
Recognizing that the former Queen and Dictator of the Khanate, Leo, has escaped from prison,

Section I
- Orders the United Nations of Esamir Peacekeeping force to:
- Begin a thorough search for the fugitive former monarch post haste;
- Arrest and detain individuals found to have aided in her escape;
Section II
The UNEPF will not militarily intervene in any state unless directly authorized.
Affirms that should the former Queen be found she will be arrested and her sentence adjusted by the Court of Justice accordingly.
- Takes note of the possible assistance granted unto the former Queen by the insurrectionist People's "State";
- Strongly condemns the People's "State", should they be found to have aided the fugitive queen;
- Welcomes the search actions already undertaken by nations such as the Eurasian Empire, New Tarajan, and Kaevi;
- Reaffirms the concept of individual sovereignty, manifested as:
- The UNEPF will not intervene in the People's State,
- Being that the People's State is an internal Kaevise situation to be handled at Kaevise discretion.
