Description: Nature Preservation Resolution shall be struck out and rendered null and void; World Heritage Parks shall be established to replace Nature Preservation Areas; World Heritage Park Ranger Corps shall be established to manage the parks, under the jurisdiction of Continental Parks Councils, which shall be under the jurisdiction of the General Assembly

Concerned that Nature Preservation Areas worldwide have been largely abandoned and have become sources of danger to nearby residents,

Convinced that careful stewardship and management by a World Heritage Park Ranger Corps would improve the natural condition and conservation of the Nature Preservation Areas, and increase global investment in conservation

The General Assembly of Esamir hereby:
1. Establishes World Heritage Parks to replace all of the existing Nature Preservation Areas;

2. Establishes the World Heritage Park Ranger Corps which shall manage the World Heritage Parks;

3. Establishes the Continental Parks Councils, consisting of one representative from each nation with territory on said continent, which each shall oversee each continent's local World Heritage Park Ranger Corps.

We offer our full support as it makes uses the existing preserves in a better manner.

Given that two days have passed, we request that the discussion period be closed and we move forward to voting.
