With a sudden, unexpected move, the Ministry of the Military just released an official note, announcing the entrance of the 6th Fleet and skycarrier Mahvash Zyihar in Tokugawan territorial waters and airspace, and the consequent beginning of direct military operations in loco.
The order has been given late in the evening after another brief and secret meeting of the Imperial Council, this time held directly at the Royal Palace, after the news of Eurasian and Talanzaar military moves.
"New Tarajan will firmly protect the national sovereignty and integrity of the sole legitimate monarchical government of Tokugawa" declared the note "no matter the offensive propaganda launched against them."
The 6th Fleet and the skycarrier received their orders after OMNI Enforcer had all the necessary authorizations from Tokugawan authorities.


And the orders are clear: to enforce a total blockade of non-allied vessels and aircrafts over Tokugawan airspace and territorial waters.
"The Imperial Council already provided to contact any government involved in supporting the Ienaran terrorists that in case of violations of the blockade there will be direct retaliation with use of lethal force, as authorized by Tokugawan authorities." said the note.
Meanwhile, Tarajani troops will continue also to provide direct and indirect support to loyalist forces on the ground, with the aim "to reduce further victims among the ranks of innocent civilians and the brave soldiers of Tokugawa, who are now fighting for the freedom of their country from the scourge of terrorism."
Words of appreciation also came for the position expressed by Planita "which confirmed that this is not, as many want to believe, a war between monarchies and republics. But, simply, this is a conflict over legitimation, and the fundamental rights of country."
No further comments have been released; and it's not even clear if this second meeting of the Imperial Council saw the participation of PM Van De Groot, who was absent during the first one.
However, it's quiet sure that the decision was taken unanimously by the Council, and with the full blessing of King Friederick Wilhelm, in order to further try to avoid a growing escalation.
Also, rumors are spreading about the possibility of meeting of the Prinzraad very soon, in order to make the point about this delicate situation.

With announcement that the Federal Government would support intervention; protest flared up abroad… and at home. Hordes of people, both Royalists and Federalists, took to the streets across Planita and began protesting. What became a simple protest developed into a full blown riot. The two sides fought each other and as well as law enforcement. It took local police and responding CORE forces several hours to subdue the crowds.

This is the result of a deep cultural, political, and social divides between Federalists and Royalists in Planita. Royalists are often Korrians, the people of a once great monarchy that ruled most of Planita; Federalists are often the people that were subjugated by the Korrians and thus loathe them. When the Korrian Empire finally collapsed in 1769, the Northern Planitan States conquered Korria and split it into two states; West Korria and East Korria. Korrians are often discriminated against outside of Korria as they remember the good times.

The modern royalist movement did not gain influence until 10 years ago with the supranational powers of SECURS and UPS. After a series of weak governments amidst an economic crisis, the National People’s Party was born representing the Royalists. They advocated strong government powers vested in a single individual. Today they are viable political force; they helped advocate the approval of the EDSJ intervention with several sympathizing parties. As such the Social Progressive Party Coalition representing the Federalists, remains the NPP’s main political rival. With the escalation by New Tarjan causing massive turmoil on the streets and on Congress Hill it remains to be seen what side comes out on top.

The Planitan Military moved its Alert Level to 3 today in response to the New Tarjani blockade of Tokugawa. With political tensions already white hot, this will no doubt add gasoline to the fire. In response to this the Federal Commission ordered the entire 1st Fleet to Tokugawa, with humanitarian ships. It is not stated as to what their mission is; officially its “humanitarian aid“ but with an entire naval fleet to an already hot zone it will remain to be seem what is the outcome.

The civil war in Tokugawa is of great concern to the zach commonwealth. The civil war could cause the UKZ to lose a beloved friend and ally and the zach commonwealth territory of Zach Mihara. The territory of Zach Mihara was won by the UKZ following negotiations with the Tokugawan government.
But now with the civil war the possibilty of the royalists losing is ever present and a dangerous possibilty.
The Zach parliament convened earlier than usual this morning during the Christmas Session 2014, to discuss the ongoing civil war in Tokugawa.
Parliament has decided on the following:
1) No troops will be deployed to Tokugawa to participate in the war
2) Troops will be deployed along the borders of Zach Mihara to protect the interests of the commonwealth
3) The Tokugawan royalist governemnt is invited to take refuge anywhere in the Zach Commonwealth
4) Decree to Condemn Nations/Organizations Funding Rebels (Passed)

The Royal Decree by His Majesty to condemn all nations and organizations funding the rebels/ terrorists in tokugawa has been passed by parliament.

The Prime Minister, Mr.Potter gave a statement to the press following the emergency session today morning.
"Parliament has taken a very well informed and wise decision. The war in Tokugawa is unfortunate and we hope the legitamate governemnt of the royalists emerge victorius. the war however is not ours and foreign involvement might only worsen the situation.
Just a few days back several nations acused the SECURS and the UKZ in particular of being an enemy to the peace, those UPS nations today are proving to the international community that they are the real enemies of the peace. They call themselves 'Progressive' by their actions today they have proved that there is nothing progressive about them. Then run their foreign policy on a highly primitive base and today they have proved that their former of governemnt is flawed. My fellow SECURS nations have proved that the Royalist form of governemnt os highly responsble and commited to the preserving of international peace and security.
We ahve taken the necessary steps to protect our commonwealth and are fully prepared in the case of a UPS attack on the commonwealth. They should be aware though that an attack on any realm of the Zach Commomwealth is an attack on the entire commonwealth and the royal crown.

The NZDF has gone boot's down in the Ienaran Republic controlled Kanto region of Tokoguwa. The Government responded to the sudden Tarajani Military agression with a reciprocal full mobilisation of the Military followed by a large scale deployment of forces to support the Ienaran Republic. The government has placed the nation at DEFCON 2 alert, and has placed the Defence Force on high alert. While not much is yet known about the military operation in Ienara, we are led to believe that the NZDF will be providing only comprehensive defence support, leaving all the Ienaran forces free to go on the offensive. While the government will not be directly invading Tokugawan soil, thus not breaking any international laws, it will be moving swiftly into any regions declared Ienaran soil. However, the forces will be training and arming Ienaran forces, an act that completely legal. Essentially, the NZDF will be encouraging a "Blitzkrieg" style surprise attack strategy. The heavily armed Ienaran forces will making a bee line straight for regional capitals, capture them and declare them Ienaran soil. The NZDF forces, waiting on standby, will then pour into the region and clear out any remaining enemy forces. 


In related news, the Prime Minister was quick to slam what he called "Royalist Propoganda". He stated, "I find it quite worrying how well oiled the SECURS propoganda machine is. The claim that we are the ones committing a heinous crime, when they themselves are hiding behind technicalities and conveniently forgetting to mention key facts. Firstly, Tokugawa was a democracy a mere 50 years ago (In The WA Tokugawa was a democracy then had a civil war and became a Empire), and was ravaged by a revolution that resulted in the Royal Army taking forceful control of the nation and re-establishing monarchial rule. Where were all these honourable SECURS nations then when the legitimate government was being overthrown? Why, they were simply sitting on the sidelines not fazed in the slightest because the Imperial Government would play right into their pockets. Admittedly, we did nothing either, but NZ had just been devastated by a large scale invasion (Articmainia Invaded Me) and was fiscally incapable of financing another war. Now however, when the people rise up against the oppressive rule of a tyrannical monarchy, we are capable of making amends for our selfish ignorance five decades ago, and we plan to do just that. The International Law was designed to protect the sovereignty and rights of the people, however now it is being manipulated and perverted by the Royalists to justify their heartless attempts to prolong the suppression of innocent people. We will no longer stand by and watch this hypocrisy take place, scream all the rhetorics you want Royals, but we will not back down, we will not stop till the people have told us to stop. We stand by the Tokugawans, against the tyrannical Tokugawan Administration, and we will stand in the line of fire protecting their rights as humans to determine themselves. The Royalists claim to be committed to international peace and security, when they in fact are dedicated to themselves and only themselves. The fact is, they see the Ienaran Republic as a threat, a threat to their very own archaic system. They are afraid of the Republican Movement, so scared that they result to yelling as loud as possible, hoping to drown out everyone else and force their ideologies down the throats of each and every person. I'm disappointed that they have resulted to the most used generic defence in history. Calling the Ienarans terrorists... These rebels have committed no terrorist acts, and if we are to call them terrorists, then we should call every single administration in the history of time a terrorist organisation. Yell as much as you can Royals, you can fight and struggle and refuse to listen to the tune of time as much as you want, but deep down you know it just as much as we do. You can't stop the movement. Throughout history empire after empire has fallen, and republic after republic has been born. Man will always fight for his deepest urge, his urge for freedom. Monarchs will never be able to put out the fire that burns within the heart of each and every man, woman and child."

Ireland Enters Tokugawa

The Irish Military has deployed 48,000 troops both to Kanto and areas in Tokugawa controlled by Ienaran rebels. The forces in Tokugawa will assist both Ienaran and Eurasian Forces in clearing rebel controlled areas. Following the examples of both New Zealand and Eurasia the Irish Military has stated "For the time being unless they attack us we will not attack them." The Department of Defense has reassured the ienaran rebels that if any weapons are need that the Irish Government will do its best to supply them.

The Irish Navy will also join up with the Eurasian Navy and hopefully other UPS member nations navy to test the strength of the Tarajani blockade.

Many people are calling President Burgsman a copy cat for echoing similar statement made by Eurasia and New Zealand.
I echo the statements of my colleagues. Where was SECURS when the democracy was overthrown? They said nothing and they did nothing. Ireland is a nation that supports democracy. Information about the situation

According to the last information released from the Ministry of Defense, with the 1st Fleet is present a support ships of cargo, with aids for the population and ready to transport back to Antanares the citizens present in the territory of the Empire. Early this evening, the worst happened.
Although rumors were already circulating by night, the official confirmation arrived from the Palace of Government, where the Minister of the Military released a declaration, announcing that "in response to the unresponsible violation of Tokugawan territorial waters and airspace by many countries, the 6th fleet opened fire against the vessels and aircrafts committing such a violation, with the full support of the bases in Meisjegronden and all our forces already deployed in the area."
Which is to say that Irish, Eurasia, and NZ forces have been engaged by Tarajani forces.
"We had no alternative: in front of such a blatant attempt of invasion, we responded accordingly. We launched our ultimatum, but decided to go to war nonetheless."
A final statement affirmed that "we are actually trying not to inflict many damages to the forces of Eurasia, Ireland and NZ. But we cannot guarantee further, should they continue with such unresponsible behavior."
No comments have been yet released about the entity of the eventual fights and the consequent results.
Also the TAS Mahvash Zyihar, RHIELD flagship, has been ordered to actively stop any attempt to violate Tokugawan territorial integrity.
The 4th, 3rd and 2nd Fleets are all heading toward Tokugawa, while HARDENED has been fully deployed on the country, and the Council of Chiefs of Staff raised the alert level to DEFCON 2.
Everybody now is waiting for an official communiquè about the situation in Tokugawa, but worries are high everywhere in the Empire.
Also, the Imperial and Royal House confirmed that soon King Friederick Wilhelm will make an official speech to the country as a whole, while the Landsraad and the Diet will be convened for an emergency session this afternoon.



And while the world now lays on the brink of total military escalation, with the worst scenario at hands, the risk of an unraveling of the Tarajani domestic situation finally revealed its full consequences.
After hearing of the decision of Eurasia, Ireland and NZ to directly send forces in Tokugawa, Prime Minister Marquis Uriel Van De Groot announced his official resignation from the office of Prime Minister and Chancellor.
This morning, he finally gave an official speech on the issue:
"For me, it has been an honour to serve this country and Empire, its people and its sovereigns, with all my forces, my will, and my abilities." he said.
"I have done everything I deemed to be necessary, in order to follow the noble ideals of this Kingdom: peace, order, prosperity and unity. Both domestically and in the international arena. I've done my best. But, evidently, it was not sufficient. Now, we are facing the active aggressions of countries with which I have myself created strong ties a long time ago. My decision to resign does not come for political pressure, but for a sense of failure.
My dear citizens, I have failed: my attempts at creating a more stable and ordered and peaceful international order, have been a failure. I beg your mercy for this failure."
A difficult choice, then, taken for personal coherence and honesty. And, as such, a choice deeply appreciated not only by the entire political spectrum, but also by the population.
Despite the growing criticism against his foreign policy, it is easy to define Uriel Van De Groot as the most popular Prime Minister in the history of New Tarajan: coming to power after having managed to unite the fragmented Tarajani Right Wing, winning a spectacular election, and then managing in the difficult (if not almost impossible) task of keeping a balance between the wills of his Party and the so-called "liberal project" undertaken by King Friederick Wilhlem. Until the creation of the UPS, even his foreign policy was seen as a masterpiece of political pragmatism and Tarajani idealism.
But now the situation is completely changed. However, the popularity of Van De Groot is not fallen: exiting from the Palace of Government for the last time, the Prime Minister has been welcomed by a cheering crowd of thousands of people, with slogans thanking him for his work and loyalty to the Empire.


Meanwhile, King Friederick Wilhelm, after receiving the official resignation from the hands of Van De Groot, immediately set up the things for the appointment of his successor.
In few hours, the entire political leadership of the Kingdom, including the representatives of the Landsraad (which is to say, of the Noble Houses), will be gathered at the Royal Palace to discuss the issue.
Between them, Carl Van Houden. And, indeed, he's already defined by many as Prime Minister in pectore.
But the main question is about what the Noble Houses will do: differently from Van De Groot, Van Houden doesn't belong to any major House (Belhaven, his county, is in the Principality of Horat). His appointment, thus, would be a major change, since every Prime Minister in the history of New Tarajan has always been a member of an House of the Landsraad. Moreover, many in the Landsraad are still skeptic toward his effective capabilities, and his political program.

The Zach navy has deployed vessels to rest in the international waters off the coasts of Atenosia, Ireland, New Zealand, Talazaar and Eurasia. Four fully armed and capable vessels have been deployed to each of these nations following they're deployment into the troubled nation of Tokugawa.

"The presence of the royal navy in the international waters near the coasts of Atenosia, Ireland, New Zealand, Talazaar and Eurasia are present for scientific purposes only. Even though the ambassador gave a statement about the naval positions a lot of speculation and suspicion still remains regarding the main purpose behind the same.
Off the coast of Ireland the zach naval ships fired bombs into the international waters, once again when questioned about the same, The Zach ambassador to ireland once againclaimed that all actions taken by the zach naval ships are for scientific research- as to the subject of the research, i have not been informed.
As the situation deteriorates in Tokugawa, the Zach colony there is still well protected but now the UKZ has offered Zach mihara to New Tarajan and other SECURS nations that might want to carry out operations against the rebels. the UKZ will not be sending zach souls to fight in Tokugawa as Parliament has already rejected such appeals. But thes till committted to fight against enemies of the legitamate government of tokugawa.

The Ienaran Federation establishing their sovereignty over the southern portion of tokugawa by occupying entire region of kanto in just two days... with so much aid by Eurasia , New Zealand and Talanzaar allowing them to dominate the land. today the worst event for the nation finally arrived as many nations enters tokugawan teritorry to aid both sides. The UPS with its memberstates Eurasia , New Zealand , Talanzaar and Ireland arrives in Kanto ( Ienaran Controlled Region ) to support Ienara while New Tarajan , Zackalantis , Planita and Atanares is arrived at northern tokugawan Regions of Kansai and Sekigahara to aid the remaining royalist sides.  as the war continues the Ienaran Federation is cementing their sovereignty by electing its leader today, Naoto Kan elected as the first Prime Minister of the Ienaran Federation.

After the Atanosian and Irish president had come to an agreement, Ireland had stated it's previous intentions on helping Zackalantis in a War against Atanosia were such to happen was taken back, it was deemed safe to withdraw armed forces on the eastern borders where they would return to their original positions and continue business as usual. "I am enlightened by the Irish president's decision and I hope for stronger ties in the future between us." Said Vladimir Putin. But the Atanosian government has also proceeded to open up its borders for Irish armed forces, the reason being unknown.



Atanosia has decided to begin patrolling it's territorial waters in response to the latest actions taken by Zackalantis and New Tarajan which the constitution described as 'national security measures'. Their orders were clear, if naval forces belonging to a member of the SECURS organization enters Atanosia's naval borders they are to report the incident and commence martial procedures.



Following New Tarajan's offensive, Atanosia has decided to deploy reinforcements to assist the Ienaran rebels against the Tokugawa and other UPS nations participating in the event. "It is our duty to help our collaborators in every way we can, and in the light of recent actions taken by the SECURS, we have decided to resort to martial measures against our opponents and assist our friends in the 'war' taking place in the Tokugawan sea and territories." Said the spokesman of the Atanosian Army. An estimated total of 165 navy ships are to be deployed to the Tokugawan sea where they will combat enemy forces and assist the Ienaran rebels in their fight.






An unusual high rate of increase in military presence on the eastern side of the borders linking Atanosia and Zackalantis. The Atanosian government has said nothing about this so far but it has catched the attention of Zach and Atanosian media, suspected to be a preparation for an invasion into Zackalantis, which is not too far fetched in the light of the constant heating of the cold war between SECURS and UPS.

The Federal Government announced today, in light of military confrontation that it will not engage SECURS or UPS forces. This comes after Tarajani forces opened fire upon UPS ships entering Tokugawa waters. However with the expressed consent of the Tokugawan government, Planita will assist in “humanitarian operations” of their people. This includes medical aid to civilians, food drops and eventually mass evacuations of major Tokugawan cities to camps outside of the battle zone. “This is an humanitarian operation” says Captain Morrey Sanchez , “Do not interfere with us or you will be fired upon regardless if you are UPS or SECURS.” Helicopters with fighter escorts have begun the first evacuations with ships ready to take on an influx of refugees.

Today the Planitan Military moved its Alert Level to 1, a bare step before Total War. All military forces; air, land, sea, as well as CORE forces are on high alert. “This is a hair length before total war” says President Martinez “Hopefully we don’t have to go to DEFCON 3 but if things come to that, we will go all out to protect our allies.” The Federal Commission has taken over of all federal government operations and has order the 2nd Fleet to Tokugawa and the 3rd and 4th Fleets in defensive positions around Planita. The Air Force has put the nation’s nuclear capable bombers on constant standby and the nuclear silos are getting prepped.

This has once again resulted in mass protests across Planita with Federalists against Royalists. CORE and law enforcement are responding.

Irish Military Teams Up with Atenosia Military, Ireland severs economic ties with NT and UKZ

The Irish Congress has approved 2 declarations of war. 1 against the United Kingdom of Zackalantis the other against New Tarajan. "We did not want to have to do this. But our allies are in trouble and so are we." said Senator Patrick O'Malley. Currently as it stand the Irish Military has 90,000 troops(including soldiers,sailors, and airmen) in rebel controlled areas of Tokugawa. And the Irish Army is soon to deploy another 85,000 troops to Atanosia to team up and from an Irish/Atanosian ground brigade.The ground brigade will go from the Atanosian capitol to Cair Paravel and other enemy cities. The commanding general of the 4th Brigade said "With the combined forces of Ireland,Atanosia, and the rest of UPS we will surely bring SECURS to their knees."


The Irish Navy is also deploying over 180 ships containing nearly 75,000 sailors to team up with the Atanosia and possibly Planitan Navy. From there they will go to New Tarajan and the UKZ to start bombarding the coast of the two countries.

In Tokugawa Irish forces have launched a full scale invasion combating enemy forces. They have teamed up with the rest of the UPS to hopefully deliver a greater firepower level.

The Department of Defense has also reported that Zach ships have started firing on Dublin. The Navy has deployed nearly 25 ships to ward off or destroy the Zach Fleet. So far 10 soldiers and 3 civilians have died from bombardment of Irish ports.

Ireland severs ties with New Tarajan and UKZ

The Department of Foreign affairs has announced that the alliance between Ireland and New Tarajan and Ireland and UKZ has come to an end. "For years we have seen these two countries as friends to the Irish Republic. It is not easy to sit her and announce that the alliance between our two nations has come to an end. But this is for the greater good." said the Minister of Foreign Affairs. The Embassy was closed and the respective ambassadors were sent home. The Irish Government has promised their safety.

In response to recent events that have heated up the cold war, Eurasia and Ireland have deployed a total of 3 million troops to Atanosia where they will cross the western borders into Zackalantis and begin an all out offensive against the nation, armed with Atanosian equipment and vehicles while receiving support from airforces.


Atanosia has declared war on Zackalantis and have begun a full scale invasion side by side with Eurasian and Irish forces. Armed with seventh-generation weapons and advanced military vehicles, the strategy has already been published and the success of it is considered high. A high number of units have gathered in Caelux where they will form a brigade and proceed north where they will begin an invasion west into the Zach capital. There are other notable feats the military has done such as scattering anti-air guns in the capital along with anti-missile guns, EMP towers, fences surrounding the city and artillery on the outskirts. One thing is for sure and that is that aerial invasion of the Atanosian capital city will be near impossible. Meanwhile, naval forces will attempt to capture Lacostasia as it has been deemed a potential threat.

Eurasian forces have invaded Zackalantis following the latter's choice to fire on Eurasian naval ports. Over 1 million Eurasian soldiers have entered from Atanosia, penetrating over 40 kilometers before encountering heavy Zach resistance. More Eurasian troops are expected to arrive to join the offensive, and the goal will be to seize the capital as soon as possible. Eurasian forces are joined by forces of the Irish and Atanosian military, who will cover the flanks as the main Eurasian force advances. The offensive began after ships of the Zach navy fired on a Eurasian navy port, killing fifty sailors and staff.

Eurasian Air Force craft have been bombing the capital and major cities on and off, and will continue to do so. The Senate approved a declaration of war against New Tarajan and against Zachalantis, although the Premier has declined to launch any offensive operations against the former, apart from the offensives in Tokugawa. More, The Eurasian military has been brought to full alert, as have the strategic nuclear weapons division. This is the first time in fifty years that the military has been on this level of readiness. The Minister of Defense spoke on the matter, saying "We will begin offensive operations against anyone who has engaged Eurasian forces. We are saddened to have to do this, but they brought it on themselves."

It's official: the Federal Aristocratic Kingdom of New Tarajan and the Empire are at war with the UPS.
The decision has been take this evening, in a special meeting of the Landsraad. The motion, presented by Deputy Prime Minister Rudolf Van Hagen, temporary substitute of the Prime Minister after the resignations of Van De Groot this same morning, has been approved unanimously.
Particularly relevant, for the final outcome, has been the invasion of Zackalantis by Eurasia and other allies: "Zackalantis is a SECURS Member, which kept itself neutral in the Tokugawan issue. The invasion is a clear sign that the UPS is trying to destroy all monarchies for their own purposes" stated Richard Van Leeuwen, Duke of North Brandelhorn, the nearest State of New Tarajan to the conflict area.
King Friederick Wilhelm signed the declaration soon after the votation, and immediately before speaking to the country to announce the final decision.


"My dear citizens, people of Tarajan and the Outer Territories,
it is with the deepest sorrow that I come today to you, to announce that we are officially at war.
I will not insist on how this conflict begins, with the so-called Cold War between SECURS and UPS. Everybody knows too well everything about this issue.
For a sudden and sad twist of fate, our countries are now at war with former allies: New-Zealand, Eurasia, Ireland...where all countries which I visited personally. I had meetings with their governors, and with their people.
And I am deeply sorry to be forced to order such a declaration of war, to sign it with my own hands. But the truth is that we are under attack. Our allies are under attack. And we must respond.
Enemy forces are invading Tokugawa, violating the blockade we enforced to protect the civilians there. Moreover, they are now invading the soil of our northern neighbour, Zackalantis, which was neutral and not involved.
In front of such a blatant violation of any international norm, we shall intervene.
We will make war with all our forces, in every corner of the world, if necessary, in order to protect our allies and our countries.
I invite all of you to keep calm, and carrying away your business as usual. Do not let fear overcome you.
My thoughts now go to all those soldiers, of every country, who are fighting in many places.
It is my hope that soon all this will end. I still believe in diplomacy. And as such I will work to end this war as soon as possible with every mean."


The war in Tokugawa is reaching quickly its maximum.
Launching a massive air-sea offensive, Eurasian forces managed to break through the 6th Fleet toward Tokugawan coasts.
The costs of this operation, for both sides, have been heavy, and particularly the 6th Fleet reported to have lost almost 45% of its operational capability. No details have been revealed about the exact numbers of deaths, but it's probable they're very high.
However, the OHCT (OMNI Enforcer High Command for Tokugawa, immediately established after the beginning of the operations), planned a counter-offensive, which allowed many squadrons of RHIELD Quinjets and OMNI Skygraspers to attack and destroy an entire Eurasian CVBG, thus inflicting a sort of revenge for the break of the blockade.
In the meanwhile, the 4th, 3rd and 2nd Fleets have arrived in Tokugawa, and are ready to begin operations. Transport of land troops is beginning in Mihara, and in the major cities still in the hands of the royalist forces, with the intention of creating a first line of defense.



On the Zackalantis Front, New Tarajan is intervening massively, thanks also to the vicinity of the war zone.
Almost three quarters of the land forces of OMNI could be deployed in the area, which gives to SECURS a strategic advantage against its foes.
Also Sdudeti-Karabak and North Ajania have fully mobilized, and are moving their armies into Zackalantis.
The Council of Chiefs of Staff confirmed that the goal is to "clear Zackalantis of any enemy presence" although a direct invasion of Atanosia is, for the moment "not planned".
The UPS forces made a major mistake attacking so near New Tarajan. After the declaration of war, the so-called Space Shield (see below) has been activated, immediately launching a massive series of missile barrages against the enemy forces stationing just outside the Shraman Islands and on the Atanosian border.
No exact details have been revealed, but it's almost sure that UPS forces near Shraman have been decimated, thanks also to the intervention of the 1st Fleet, which intervened to clear up the area after the barrage.



After the declaration of war, the government authorized the activation of the Space Shield: the masterpiece of Tarajani technology, constantly upgraded, it's the definitive defense system of the country.
Its name derive from the fact that it is partly composed by a satellite web which coordinates it, and provide laser defense against incoming ballistic intercontinental missiles. The other part of the system is composed by land installations, sea and air units which, strictly coordinated, create a complete umbrella against missile attacks over the Kingdom, and allows massive missile attacks against any possible foe which comes to near the Kingdom.

In few words, the Tarajani military machine is ready to fight this war.
Although numerically greatly inferior to its opponents, OMNI Enforcer enjoys a considerable strategic ability and a slight technological advancement. At least, this will make the war far more difficult for everybody.

BREAKING
Eurasian forces have temporarily agreed to a ceasefire proposed by New Tarajan following the rapid escalation of the war. It is rumored that representatives from the most powerful nations in Esamir have convened in an unknown location to discuss a possible peace. However, the Eurasian military has strengthened its position in preparation for a possible counter attack, including the movement of several hundred thousand more troops into Atanosia.

Eurasian forces also began constructing massive artillery batteries in preparation for a Zach counter offensive, although Supreme Commander Faltus announced that Eurasia was "Only doing so in a defensive capacity." Further, the Eurasia Super carrier ES Sol Invictus has moved into Atanosian airspace in preparation, and is likely to partake in defense should the peace negotiations break down.

In response to New Tarajan's declaration of war on the UPS, Talanzaar has now officially entered a state of war. President Marko Davidovic has ordered all troops stationed on the islands west of Tokugawa to travel to Ienara, where they will rendezvous with 41000 armed forces awaiting the results of the temporary cease-fire announced by Europe and Asia. If the cease-fire leads to nothing, the troops, many of whom are using LAV's to get around, have orders to advanced alongside Ienaraian rebels. In addition, bombing aircraft are on standby. Humanitarian aid will still be dropped all around Ienara.

Also, battleships and naval fleets have been deployed all around Talanzaar's coasts in response to Zackalantis's actions. Ships have been given ordered to destroy any ships from SECURS nations around Talanzaars coasts. Many ships are in 'active pursuit' of many unidentified boats.

"Our men have orders to go out and look for Zackalantis's ships." said Naval General William Thorn. "If they see them, commanding troops have 2 choices: destroy the ship or capture everybody on it. If they are captured, they will be put on trialed and will likely be executed for being in a state of war with Talanzaar."

At noon, President Marko Davidovic gave a speech to the nation, highlighting what Talanzaar will do. "We will be vigilant, effective and swift." said the President. "From now on, in the eyes of our Government, there is no more Tokugawa, there is only Ienara. We will do our best to support the new democracy that is Ienara. We will bring food, help and medicine and try to help set up a functioning democracy. The UPS will fight for whats right and we will win this war."

There has been no word on whether troops will be going to Atanosia but reports show that there is a "significantly large force" waiting for the results of the ongoing cease-fire.

ZUMBROTA, Capital District -- In response to the emerging war between its allies, Aloia is urging peace in the region.

"We can't afford to spend all our energy fighting each other," Prime Minister Mark Dayton said. "We have more important things to deal with. The environment is being destroyed all over the planet, countless millions of children are going to bed hungry, and these problems will only be made worse by engaging in war. We have a responsibility to the future generations of our race to keep this place a good place to live, and going to war cancels out that mission."

When asked about what should happen in Tokugawa, Dayton reiterated Aloian support for the idea of popular sovereignty. "The people of Tokugawa should be allowed to be the final deciders of what happens in their nation, not foreign generals. We believe all the foreign troops should only be focused on returning the nation to a state of stability. Once this is achieved, a referendum should be held in the nation to determine its future."

Dayton also invited all the world leaders involved to attend a peace conference in Zumbrota to try to find a peaceful end to the conflict. Since Aloia is a safe, stable nation that has remained neutral in the conflict and has strong ties with nations on both sides of the conflict, it makes Zumbrota the best place to host the conference.

As the Ienaran conflict escalates, leading to a global conflict between UPS and SECURS nations, instigated by the UKZ firing at Irish and Eurasia without any prior provocation, resulting in a swift Eurasian and Antanosian full scale invasion of UKZ that resulted in the former being forced into retreat after fierce fighting with the Eurasian military super power. 

While, NZ remained fairly isolated from the fighting, the nation was shaken to it's core by the shocking turn of events, as nobody expected any nation to actually go as far as to fire at another's mainland. The morning was met with all TV and radio channels repeatedly announcing that the nation was placed in DEFCON 1, and all non essential businesses were to be closed indefinitely and the "Firewall" automated missile defence system was now fully active, resulting in all air travel being suspended. Many citizens still took to the streets in hastily organised protests calling for the government to "Swallow it's pride and back down". While surveys still show 87% of NZers support NZ's initial support of the Ienaran campaign, today's surveys show 67% of NZers want the government to back down, with many stating "It's not worth it". 

The Prime Minister announced at noon they are now in talks with New Tarajan, and a peace conference will be held soon. Furthermore, key UPS and SECURS nations have agreed to implement a ceasefire and put the conflict on hold for the duration of the conflict. However, NZ Naval Fleets have been ghosting Zackalantis vessels near NZ waters, citing the "Unpredictable nature of the UKZ administration". Furthermore, the military remains on full alert with all planes, ships and heavy machinery being refuelled and serviced during the ceasefire. All AA guns across NZ coast are now being manned 24/7 and patrols have been frequenting the coast. While the ceasefire remains in place, many nations remain very anxious. The slightest aggravation could spark the war once more.

In the Tarajani political system, the King is the highest political authority, and the Chief in Command of the military. And after the explosion of the terrible conflict between UPS and SECURS, with New Tarajan in the frontline on every warzone, King Friederick Wilhelm decided to fully exercise both these powers. His goal: to find the quickest diplomatic solution, before the war would inflict more damages, pain and destruction to the world.
Thus, he launched a proposal to all fighting Powers for a two-steps ceasefire, preliminary to a true Peace Conference to be held in Antanares or Aloia (after the offer of mediation of the Aloian government).
The first ceasefire, which already came in place, simply put an end to the reciprocal shootings, keeping the status quo, while negotiations proceed to reach the second step, a ceasefire with the UPS withdrawing from Zackalantis, SECURS not conducting any operation against Atanosia, and the situation in Tokugawa and Ienara "frozen" into the status quo.
It's evident that what many already call the "King's Agreement", is only a way to achieve a final peace treaty which could put an end to the ongoing war.
Many are the issues on the table: from the future of Tokugawa and Ienara, to  the eventual birth of a new system of world governance, better suited to avoid in the future the explosion of a war on a global scale.
For the moment, however, no further details have been revealed; but it's obvious how the decision to gather all the countries around a table has been made easier looking at the catastrophic economic consequences the war is bringing on many major Powers involved: New Tarajan and New-Zealand are now living, for example, a terrible economic recession. Particularly, the Social-Democracy, relying on Tarajani exports of energy and shale gas, risks to face a serious energetic crisis, while New Tarajan has seen its tourism industry literally annhilated after the news of the invasion of Zackalantis.


In the meanwhile, King Friederick, who in the days following the resignation of Uriel Van De Groot refused to appoint any new Prime Minister, allowing himself to personally launch his diplomatic initiative and to manage the delicate first phase of negotiations, now announced that he will hold a last round of consultations with the representative of the Noble Houses of the Landsraad and the political leaders of the Kingdom, in order to finally appoint a new Prime Minister and Chancellor.

After the recent evolution of the situation in Tokugawa and in the nearby countries, with the cease-fire between the forces of UPS and SECURS, the forces of Antanares send to Tokugawa are remained outside the national water of Tokugawa. The AMS Montferrat, yet in the territory of Tokugawa, is stationed in the port of the capital city, had embarked all the members of the embassy in Tokugawa, ready to depart in case of a new escalation of violence. In the district of Antanares in Tokugawa, instead, the para of the 5th Brigade maintain defensive stance.



"Aloia is a great neutral nations and we think could be the best place where held a peace conference" said the spokesperson of the Council, Enrique De Letta "Antanares is, of course, neutral in this situation, but we have too many links with the others nations, both of the UPS and of the SECURS and also our internal situation could influence the peace conference. Aloia, instead, appears to be the best place. Of course Antanares will be at the conference, to help to assure a new period of peace"
Also, voices of corridors talk about a possible investigation of the SAOIRSE and of the AFS. The two organisations, according to these voices, are involved in a sort of massive investigation launched from the Ministry of Defense and from the Ministry of Security, but no information was released from the intelligence and from the federal security.

After the SECURS and UPS organizations had agreed on peace talks, planned aerial attacks were put on standby until the talks were over. The invading airforces consist of 200 bombers and 460 jets and would initiate a massive assault into Zackalantis, advancing the progress of the invasion. Ground invaders have also withdrawn from Zach territory having advanced almost 2 miles inwards.



Even though the invasion was stopped and units withdrawn back into Atanosia, the brigade targeted for the Zach capital was ordered to continue move to the north-western borders and set up camps near the border. A total of 460 camps have been erected, hosting 2,4 million soldiers and 60 thousand vehicles, prepared to receive orders which will either be to withdraw or tread through rivers of blood, it will be decided by the results of the ongoing peace talks.
