We believe that this project is ambitious,but also feasible. It will give a very good image of our organization and of our nations in the international community,and we are glad to help. It will also provide an opportunity to certainly economic and technological development for all of us,surely this "floating city" will become the mainstay of scientific research globally.
Therefore,the European Investment Bank,along with a larger consortium of private banks,can provide substantial liquid investments to finance the entire project,and can also provide technical support of financial type. The Ministry of Education,University and Research will be responsible for mobilization of the entire European scientific community: we would like that each European research institution has an operational unit on site. The European Railway Engineering Corporation and European Railway Network Corporation can take care of the (possible) rail and subway infrastructure,or other logistics infrastructure. The European Energy Corporation can take care of everything related to the energy sector,from energy efficiency to the distribution network,as well as the renewable power plants (I imagine that the island will produce independently of the energy it needs). The European Communications Corporation may deal with telecommunications infrastructure and connectivity. The Ministry of Health and its specialized agencies could provide support regarding the local medical infrastructure. Finally,the European Naval Engineering Corporation may take care of all engineering systems of internal structure. Of course, each of these big public companies will bring back a large community of companies (public and private,large and small) highly specialized: this project could mobilize our entire economy!

In consideration to the following results of geological disturbance near the coasts of New Zealand, Atanosia has proposed a full intervention of UPS members in relation to the incident and begin conveying aid to natives of New Zealand with the goal of forming a stronger stability within UPS and to promote elevated political relations between collaborators.

Hunt them down and torture them for further information about the organization, easy as that. We need to put in a plot twist, like for example that the Syndicate is located and controlled from one nation but the organization consists of international members. Then once we found out what nation that is, all hell breaks loose.
