RESOLUTION FOR INTERVENTION INTO THE KHANATE

Article I: Intervention
Section I-I The Security Council is authorized to deploy the UNEPF and any other forces necessary in an intervention into the Khanate.Section I-II: Intervention into the Khanate shall be first and foremost to establish a peaceable situation in the nation.
Section I-III: The rebels in the North of the Khanate are hereby declared an unlawful terrorist organization, and any state that recognizes them shall be sanctioned by this body.
Section I-IV: Safety of Civilians is to be considered the objective paramount and every action is to be taken to afford civilian safety.
Section I-V: The UNEPF forces in the region will be commanded by the Intervention Provisional Command, or IPC.
Article II: Stabilization
Section II-I: Being that the aforementioned rebel forces have been repulsed, the northern portion of the Khanate is to be placed under direct provisional control until such a time as the government in the Khanate can resume control.Section II-II: Provisional authority shall be shared by the Security Council member-states.
Section II-III: The Khanate may request the removal of IPC troops following the cessation of hostilities.
Article III: Miscellaneous Provisions
Section III-I: Forces operated by Security Council member-states already within The Khanate shall be considered part of the IPC. Section III-II: Nations who are financially or for other reasons unable to contribute to the peacekeeping force shall assist in civilian aid and provide supplies.
Section III-III: The International Court of Justice is requested to begin cases pertaining to violation of human rights against the terrorist unlawful combatants in the Khanate post haste.
