"New Tarajan will always support legitimate governments which are made object of attack by fanatics and terrorists." These are the words used by Prime Minister Carl Van Houden during the press conference held at the Palace of Government about the new civil war breaking out in the Khanate of Fire.
"We cannot but see with great worry the explosion of this civil war, the result of the unjustified pretensions of a group of fanatics against the light of liberalism and progress" he said "As such, the government of the Khanate can be assured that they will always find in us a friendly and reliable aid."


The Prime Minister also answered to many questions regarding a possible military intervention in the civil war: "First of all, there are still consultations to be made with Antanares and Zackalantis about a possible involvement of OMNI Enforcer in the conflict. But, for the moment, the stance of the Tarajani government is one of neutrality: we have no right to directly interfere in this conflict, if not under explicit authorization of the sole legitimate authority of the Khanate" he said.
A solid position, and also a wise one, which will probably shield the government against any possible backfire from the Landsraad and the Diet just in a very delicate political moment, with the elections (probably, the most difficult ones for Van Houden and his Party) at the doors.

The Emperor announced today that the Imperial Government fully supports the government of The Khanate, the newest member of the Terran Federation and one of the fastest growing economies in Esamir. Eurasian corporations have heavily invested in the Southern, industrialized (partially by Eurasian assistance) area of the nation, and have expressed concern that the civil unrest in the North will lead to economic turmoil in the South. Indeed, armed militants have seized the majority of the Northern portion of the country, and have essentially declared themselves in separation from the Khanate's goverment. The Emperor's spoke at length on the matter, saying "The Imperial Government denounces in the strongest possible terms this terrorist element in the North of the Khanate. Eurasia fully supports the legitimate government, and the Terran Federation, Eurasia in particular, will deploy forces to aid the government in quelling this insurrection."

The exact number of Terran Federation forces to be deployed is unknown at this point, but the Imperial Eurasian contingent has been confirmed. The 4th Legion, totaling around 150,000 men, will be deployed as the major contingent of Terran Federation forces, alongside probable Atanean, Ivanian, New European, and Kiwi forces. The newly deployed troops will augment the already-present Khanate forces, bringing the total of Terran Federation forces (as of now) to 250,000, dwarfing the 90,000 suspected insurgents. The Emperor also announced that these troops will take initial non-combat roles and will only be deployed as-requested by the Khanate Government.

The conservative members of the Senate have been harshly critical of the move, calling it a "egregious waste of Imperial money", in the words of Senator Gnaeus Aufidius, one of the harshest critics of Emperor Augustus' foreign policy. However, the majority socialist coalition has expressed support for the move, with a majority of Eurasians polled viewing the action as necessary to honor the Terran Federation treaty.

BISHKEK, KOF, UNDER SEIGE

Jashinist forces have invaded the City of Bishkek, northern KOF in a bloody battle. The Jashinist forces attacked at around 9 PM EST. This coming shortly after Eurasia declaring it's support for the Khanate.

The Jashinists have been killing all women in children within the controlled areas as a part of their praise and worship of "Jashin". The Queen has requested that force be used on TERRAN federation's half. a mass evacuation of free areas has commenced as the Khanate fights off the rebels. Tank fire makes any other noise unhearable and the sound of planes bombing targets is deafening.




The Battle has so far cost 300,000 civilian lives due to "sacrifice". The Khanate desperately asks for military aid from the other nations in TERRA.

The Emperor announced today that, following the invasion of the Khanate city of Bishkek and the brutal slaughter of some 300,000 civilians, two additional legions would be deployed to the embattled Khanate to augment the already strong Terran Federation presence. Totaling 300,000 legionaries, the primary purpose of the Terran Federation forces will be to push the invading insurgents out of Bishkek and then out of the North as a whole. This brings the total Eurasian presence in The Khanate to 450,000, and the allied Terran forces to 550,000. The Imperial Military will also engage in humanitarian efforts, and will set up field hospitals and medical clinics on the outskirts of Bishkek to aid the wounded and injured.

The Emperor released a statement on the issue, saying "The latest development in this obscene bought of civil unrest in The Khanate is a tragedy. The wanton massacre of 300,000 civilians by these barbaric cultists is beyond the pale, and the Empire and the Terran Federation will do everything in our power to bring them to justice, including prosecuting them for war crimes and crimes against humanity. With the deployment of two more veteran legions to The Khanate, the Imperial Government hopes to crush this odious rebellion quickly, before any more innocent lives are lost." The Ministerium of Defense also announced it will begin a bombing campaign against the rebel strongholds in the North, but will "avoid civilian targets at all costs". The 19th Fleet was also dispatched to the area, and is expected to launch the majority of the bombing campaigns against the rebel forces.

Battle for Bishkek continues.

As the nation entered it's third day of warfare, Eurasian and Khanate forces pushed the forces of the Cult of Jashin north, but Bishek is still under Jashinist occupation, with the citizens of Bishkek forced into fighting the free nation's forces or "sacrificed outright." Air strikes and civillian resistance against the cult as broken down the Jashinists some.

So far, most of the city has been liberated except fot the central portions of downtown, and the Bishkek Int'l airport. However, new vehicles are being deployed to give the allies the advantage, as part of the industrialization process of the Khanate, the Khanate military developed a walker known as the MBR-2 A Grasshopper.

So far, 100 have been developed and 25 have been sent to the North, with 10 being sent to Bishkek.

Almost two months after the civil war in Khanate began, His Majesty has made a public announcement regarding the same.

"We stand neutral regarding the ongoing civil war in the Khanate. however we are not aloof and ignorant of the series of events taking place in The Kahante. The civil war has lead to a great number of casulties and loss of both human life as well as property and infrastructure Such violence and conflcit is highly regrettable. The international community needs therefore needs to make sure that this blood shed stops and if not stops then at least make sure that it doesn't increase by leaking out of The Kahanate's Borders in the form of international terrorism.
International involvement in the civil war is a bridge that connects the rebel groups to the rest of the world to wage war on other countries through terrorist tactics.
In order to prevent this from happening the UKZ has placed a travel ban to and from The Kahante for UKZ citizens. We have several Khanate citizens within our borders either as tourists or as immigrants wokring here. We Ensure the Khanate government and the international community that they will be well looked after and the expiration of their visas will be overlooked. hoever should they chose to travel back to the Khanate, from the UKZ they will not be allowed to do so. The Foreign Affairs Ministry has helped the Kahanate Embassy to organize a place for their citizens to stay in the UKZ until the war is over.

Now, We have several Zack citizens trapped inside Khanate and we wish to see their safe return as soon as possible. We wish to cooperate with either the Kahnate Government or the Terran Federation in ensuring the safe return our citizens.

Also we would like to state to the international community that UKZ strongly opposes OMNI interference in the civil war.

In his first speech as second-time Prime Minister, directly from the Royal Palace, where he just received the official appointment by King Friederick Wilhelm II in a personal audience, Count Carl Van Houden addressed an issue related to international relations: the recent communist revolution in Chackle, a country north of Ashar, which overthrown the local monarchy just few days ago.
The government of the Sultanate already alerted the frontier police when the first lights of the revolution shined at the horizon, expecting problems at the borders (which materialized soon after with few thousands of refugees asking for asylum); then, from Ashar came the request to Astana to address the issue. Now, Van Houden, as new Prime Minister, answered the call.
"The news about the revolution in Chackle has been deeply shocking." he said "And it particularly concerns the Empire, since the shared borders between Chackle and Ashar. Already many political refugees, loyalists to the Chackle monarchy, have fled through those borders. For this reason, is our duty to express the position of the Tarajani government, and of the Imperial and Royal House, about this delicate issue." (It must be noted that, in New Tarajan, the position of Prime Minister coincides with that of Minister of the Imperial and Royal House).


"New Tarajan cannot avoid to condemn this revolution: everytime a man rises against another man with a weapon for political reasons, it's a defeat for everybody." he continued "Our country suffered the pains of a communist revolution and its terrible consequences, so our deepest solidarity goes to the people of Chackle, to those who are living just now those same pains."
"Of course, no matter how despicable we find these events, we are obliged by our duties, as a member of the international community, to limit ourselves to condemnation through words. It is our sincerest hope not to see another bloodpath: we invite the factions in Chackle, both the communists and the monarchists, to take a seat around the negotiation table, and start talking to each other, to find a suitable solution which would avoid further shedding of blood and problems to the innocent citizens of Chackle."
He also announced that "New Tarajan and the Imperial States, with their international partners, are willing to give their diplomatic contributions, if requested. However, an essential condition is the safety of all those belonging to the old regime, being sure that political violence is always unjust, unjustifiable, and unacceptable. Should the revolutionary Chackle regime decide the presence of the old Royal Family and other monarchists in their country not to be feasible, the Imperial and Royal House Van Vinkel is ready and willing to offer them asylum, and to have them as honoured guests here, in New Tarajan."
"We will offer political asylum to all those asking for it at our borders" Van Houden stated "And for this reason, I'll ask to OMNI Enforcer to deploy an infantry brigade at the Ashar borders in order to help the local authorities to manage the migrant flux. Our commitment to peace is sincere: and, as such, I ask to the Chackle regime not to undertake any threatening action against those refugees, which would inevitably result in an increased probability of conflict between Chackle and Asharian soldiers."
A moderate, yet firm, position: a good introduction to the kind of diplomacy the new Prime Minister (who has decided, for the moment, to keep for himself also the seat of Minister of Foreign Affairs) wishes to give, as he had already done, to New Tarajan.

Due to the recent events of a revolution in neighboring nation of Chackle, today in the absence of the Crown Prince, Grand Duke Wilmer ver Hoensbroek and Chancellor Konrad Höffbek ordered a total closure of borders into the nation and ordered military troops to be stationed on the Duresian border.




We cannot let even a little amount of the rebels to get into Duresia, also as we know that there are Duresian citizens living in Chackle we encourage them to get back to Duresia or to the Tajarani controlled Sultanate of Ashar where they can find refuge, if a person can provide that they are in fact Duresian citizens they will be let in back to Duresia. It's heavily worrying that we got a second communist neighbor since our relations with Ivania are already very cold and that may just get worse. We hope that in worst case we can find some kind of diplomatic solution with Chackle, for now we stand ready and see how the events turn out' said Konrad Höffbek when asked about the situation in Chackle.

The Chacklean General secretary is not pleased to see that Duresia has closed its borders with the nation. He reacted by saying that he will also close borders and not allow any citizens from leaving or entering. He sais that the country needs to be firm on this and not let it go. He ordered for 450K troops to be placed along the border with Duresia and has also sent 6'500 military vehicles and planes. To add to the pile he has also issued a embargo to be placed on the nation which will hopefuly slow the country down, he said that Chackle will no longer send trades to Duresia or any nations that support them on this topic.

In the midst of the Chackle Revolution, the Ceville Parliament has ordered that all flights to and from Chackle be postponed and/or cancelled. Following in the route of Duresia, in which Arveyres controls a small city, it is seen as an extra safety precaution to prevent Arveyres from being infiltrated by Chackle rebels. Arveyran citizens and Chackle counterrevolutionaries are urged to make their way to Arveyres via an intermediate country.

Antanares on Chackle: Travel Ban

According to the words of Gloria De La Crux, minister for Foreign Affairs of Antanares, the Federal government announced its intention to enforce a travel ban over all voyagers from and to Chackle. "We observe with attentions every event of this kind" said the woman during the press meeting "And we consider Chackle, for now, a dangerous place. The words of the representative of Chackle are not more than an attestation of how delicate the matter is". Even according to the ministry, the OMNI Enforce will carefully watches the situation. After the deployment of troops near the border with Duresia, Antanares will eventually consider to increase the number of vehicles and men in Ashar, where is located the nearest OMNI bases, to help to affront the refugees crisis and eventually respond to attacks from Chackle and the rebels.

'We don't like people threatening us, we never did but it seems that yet again it proves true that the smallest dog barks the most, we kindly ask the government of Chackle to rethink their policy here and move out the military from our border, all we did was defending ourselves til the chaos in Chackle calms down and we could reasonably start some kind of diplomatic policy, but sadly the Chacklean General Secretary burned that diplomatic bridge. Hilzbader, H.M.S. Scutari and H.M.S. Girzau are on their way into the Duresian military harbor of Lyrvik, they are there on their way with other ships of the Royal Duresian Navy. Emperor Augustus announced today that the Ministerium of Transportation had been ordered to enact a temporary travel ban against the state of Chackle, a troubled nation which recently underwent a violent revolution and is now facing down Duresia due to a border dispute. The travel ban, which will last indefinitly, will block incoming flights from Chackle into the Empire, and will block Eurasian flights from entering Chackle. Rail and road travel will also be banned, although that is not a direct concern, and officials are more worried about sea and air travel, according to inside sources.


The Emperor spoke as well on the geopolitical situation caused by the standoff, saying "While it is not the typical position of the Imperial Government that we find ourselves in agreement with our OMNI collegues, I must express that Eurasia shares the sentiments echoed by the Duresian and Tarajani Governments. The communist takeover of Chackle is indeed a troublesom occurence, both due to the circumvention of the democratic process and to the extreme militarism displayed by the new military junta." The Ministerium of Defense has also quietly announced that additional naval squadrons have been deployed to Bruma and Anvil, the two island provinces that are closest to Chackle. The Emperor went on to denounce the decision by Chackle to dissallow Duresian citizens to leave the country, calling it a "significant human rights violation".

"This peculiar decision by Chackle to both enact a trade embargo, a position which, for a communist, state-run economy, will likely have disastrous consequences for the people of Chackle, and to ban the inherent right to movement all citizens of any nation in Esamir enjoy is a worrisome indictor of a warlike mentality. While Eurasia supports the right of every nation to individual self-governance, we cannot and will not support such actions as those taken by the Chackle government on the world stage. Further, the Imperial Government consideres the actions taken to block such free-movement is a significant human rights violation, and is possibly grounds for prosecution in the International Court of Justice. It is most definitely in the interest of the Government of Chackle to stop these warmongering, bellicose actions before they lead to real suffering."

As the conflict in Chackle worsens the zack athorities have been nervous about it Chackalean extremists entering the UKZ and spreading terrorism to attain their goals and also using the UKZ as a sort of head quarters to run their violent operations.

Therefore in order to protect Zack territory from the Chakalean Conflict His Majesty has imposed a travel ban on Chakle.
No one can travel from within the UKZ to Chackle and no one is allowed to travel from Chackle to the UKZ, either directly or indirectly.
All direct and  connecting flights from Chackle to UKZ have been cancelled.

The Royal Ministry of external affairs had this to say:
"The World is dealing with two nations that are in the midst of war. And in wars like these there is a great risk of it spreading and spilling over borders into other nations in the form of terrorism. We could be having several rebel forces running operations of terropr in foreign nations. The problem with this is that they seem to enter completley un noticed. They could set up operations in highly developed nations like Eurasia or New Zealand or developing nations like ourselves. Therefore we deemed it necessary to take such strict and stringent measures. Our steps are not against any particular nation. We bear no ill feeling to either Chackle or The Khanate but the UKZ has to do what is best for Himslef and His People.
We understand that thse are trying times for Chackle and hence they have lashed out against Duresia. Duresia like UKZ bears no ill feeling towards the government of Chackle but are taking steps and measures to protect itself from inflatration by extremists.
We advise Chackle to work with the international community in the hope for the restoration of peace in their nation instead of lashing out against it.
We urge Duresia to restrain from military aggression on such needless matters and act as a responsible neighbour of Chackle and the international community.

As we speak Zack Forces are being deployed to Ashar as part of the OMNI programme to prevent the entry of extremists and to regulate the flow of refugees.
The UKZ has given its approval to this programme on the condition that the OMNI troops stationed there will not act as aggressor but instead only act as peace keeper and hence fire only when fire upon.
The UKZ is also ready to provide rations and other essential products to the civillian populace trapped in the war zones if the Chackle government asks for such aid.
Once again we make a plea to the Terran Federation to aid in the rescue of zack Citizens trapped in The Khanate.

Chackle and Duresia have come to an agreement and both of the nations are no longer on brink of war. The General sais it was for the safety of country and the people. He also said "Duresians are open from leaving Chackle and entering if they want, our borders will no longer be closed to them and other nations". The 450K troops have been moved to their original bases and are going back to be trained and ready for any type of conflict in Chackle, it wont be Duresia though said Yuri Javern.

Imperial Air Force planes landed in Zackalantis today, returning the Zach cititzens who had been trapped in The Khanate since the Civil War began. The Ministerium of Foreign Affairs announced that the citizens, many of whom had been in the country on work visas when the war began, had been unable to leave since Eurasian forces sealed the borders. However, the return of the citizens has been a welcome change from the bloody civil war, which has claimed the lives of thousands of Khanate civilians. Several Zach citizens remain in The Khanate due to injuries that would make it difficult to be moved, but they have been transfered to Imperial Hospital ships and will be evacuated as soon as their conditions have stabilized.

Deputy Praeministrum for Foreign Affairs, Claudius Appius Hostilius, held a brief press conference on the matter, saying "We are happy to announce that the Zach citizens still in the Khanate have been evacuated safely, with eight remaining on Imperial naval vessels while their conditions stabilize. No loss of life has been reported, and the civilians are safely in their home country once again."

On his way to the Conrad III International Airport, where he's taking the airplane to Duresia for the first official meeting of the Germanic Union, Prime Minister Van Houden released the first comment on the most recent developments about Chackle: "New Tarajan has been deeply pleased to know, after few days of tensions, that diplomacy was still an option for all sides involved: as such, we sincerely commends the agreement reached between Duresia and Chackle about the issue of the troops deployed on the borders and the travel ban."
The Prime Minister stated also that "We were obviously worried about the possibility of a military escalation just outside Ashar, and involving one of our strongest allies and partners, but luckily for everyone this agreement could sign the right way to go for further diplomatic appeasament."
Deep appreciation has been also expressed by the Prime Minister about the recent declarations from Eurasia: "Their decision to support diplomacy in this occasion has been mostly pleasing for us." he said "And also demonstrates that there's plenty of room for shared cooperation between Eurasia and its partners on one side, and us and ours on the other. OMNI Enforcer and the Terran Federation can cooperate on those issues relevant for the International Community."
Van Houden also said that "The decision of Eurasia to help evacuate Zack citizens from the Khanate is another point in favour of this idea: their decision has been kind, and also deeply humane."


Meanwhile, OMNI Enforcer has deployed the infantry brigade requested by the Ashari and Tarajani governments on the borders between the Sultanate and Chackle.
The 15th Infantry Brigade, a mixed Tarajani, Zach and Antanaresian unit (one of the first ever to be deployed by OMNI) is taking its assigned positions. Its aim: to help Ashari authorities and local police control the borders and manage the flux of refugees (mainly, people still loyal to the monarchy) which are fleeing into the country.
"This is a purely preventive measures" commented a spokesperson of the Ashari government: "And in now way it should be interpreted as a coercive measure against the refugees, who will still be welcomed in Ashar as before, or as a threat against Chackle."
Still no answer came from Chackle to the hypothesis of Prime Minister Van Houden of a conciliation summit between Communist and Monarchist leaders in the country.

Ever since the beggining of the crisis in Khanate the one thing that has been on the mind of the Zack athorities is the safe return of Zack citizens in Khanate.
This has now been ensured by the cooperation and assistance of Eurasia.

The safe return of His Majesty's citizens from war torn Khanate has been a matter of great concern for the crown. What was worse, we had our hands tied but thanks to the efforts of the brave Eurasian forces fighting for freedom in Khanate, most of them have been returned safely.
The UKZ today has its hopes in the international community renewed. We have here a leader of the Terran Federation putting aside differences for humanity and helping us, a leading member of the Illiddian Alliance.
We also have Duresia and Chackle making diplomatic efforts to ensure peace between their nations.


The Communist Party of UKZ (Marxist) has been protesting outside the Foreign office for a couple of hours now demanding that the UKZ pull out its troops in the OMNI. The CPZ (M) was in the ruling coalition very recently however withdrew from the coalition which caused the governement to fall. The UKZ right now does not have a parliament and the crown is calling the shots.
The Spokesporson for he crown has already made it very clear that His Majesty has no intentions of withdrawing Zack Troops from the OMNI programme.
The only question now remains is that elections are scheduled to take place next month and If the CPZ (M) finds a suitable number of seats we could be seeing a possible complete withdrawal of Zack Troops from the OMNI programme in Ashar, the conflict still continues in Chackle.


His Majesty may be adimant but the CPZ (M) is infamous for twisting hands and forcing the those in athourity to get what they want.

SLEEPER CELLS IN SOUTHERN KHANATE TAKE ACTION

Just as it seemed that the war was about to end and things were going well for the allies, terrorist attacks in Tashkent, Almaty, and the defection of at least 100,000 troops in the north along with thousands of Jashinist sleeper cells beginning the attack on the Southern portion of Tashkent has caught the nation in a complete state of shock.

The Khanate civil war has gone on for two months now but has never gotten to this level of intensity. The defected troops in the north who were also sleeper cells turned on the remaining loyal Khanate forces and the Eurasian forces, recapturing many liberated areas of the nation. This has gone from bad, to much, much worse and the Queen of the Khanate has requested to reside in the capital of Eurasia where she will run a government in exile.

Weeks after the eruption in Saraha, the volanic ash cloud that was creeping quickly southward, leaving a thick layer of ash all over the peninsula, has finally dissipated. Altough leaving a thick layer of ash over the city and airports of Sarago, the capital, the effort to clean up the city has been major. Thousands of citizens from all over the nation have been flocking to shovel, wash away, and sweep ash, to revive the nation back to its original state.

All flights out and into Arveyres, except to and from Chackle, and under recent notification by the Sarahan National Assembly, to and from the Khanate, for enhanced security reasons, are banned. The travel bans on Chackle and the Khanate are now listed by the Union Government as indefinite, or until the two governments reach an agreement to allow for movement.


In response to the major terrorist attacks at Tashkent, a city built by the cooperation by the Khanate and Arveyres, its sister city, Dushanbe, has closed the border crossing between Tashkent and Dushanbe. This border crossing, the only one between the Khanate and Arveyres, is only navigable by train or foot (no vehicle traffic allowed), and trains leaving or coming in are suspended, and all foot traffic is to be halted. Arveyran OMNI-affiliated police line the border crossing. All boats in and out of the Khanate are also suspended travel.

Queen Leo of the Khanate, fleeing the civil war in her embattled nation, has reportedly fled to Eurasia today, sparking controversy in an already divided Empire. The decision to commit Imperial forces to the Khanate is a divisive topic in Eurasia, with a slight majority stating they do not support the actions taken by Emperor Augustus. The Ministerium of Defense did state that Imperial troops will join the expected UNEPF intervention, something which has proven to be popular with the Eurasian populace. No word has yet been given as to whether or not the Imperial Government will grant her permanent asylum, but one source inside the Imperial Palace said that it is "up for debate".

A group of Senators called today for Emperor Augustus and the Ministerium of Justice to open an investigation into the Queen's role in the Civil War, saying that she is partially responsible. "The Queen had ample time to mount an effective defense, but instead she chose to wait until the last possible minute, and then relied on our brave legionaries to do her work for her." said Senator Festus Crex, of Tenebra. This sentiment has been echoed by almost 250 other senators from various provinces and parties. While it is unknown if the Imperial Government will act on this request, it is expected that a response from the Emperor will be given shortly.


The Imperial Government has announced that they will conduct an investigation into Queen Leo's role in the Civil War. Emperor Augustus released a statement, saying in part "While I sympathize with my colleague, Queen Leo, the Eurasian people lost lives in this war too, and they deserve answers too." The investigation will be conducted by the Ministerium of Justice, who will begin a trial if there is sufficient evidence found to indict the Queen.

In response to questions raised as to the Queen's asylum request, the Imperial Government responded that she would be granted temporary asylum under Imperial law, but this could be rescinded if necessary.

From Duresia, where he is accompaigning the Royal Family for a State visit and to attend the first official meeting of the Germanic Union, Prime Minister Van Houden spoke about the most recent news from Eurasia and the Khanate, particularly those regarding the decision, by Eurasian authorities, to carry out an investigation and possibly an indictment of Queen Leo, sovereign of the Khanate, who recently fled from the country in Eurasia.
"The decision of the Eurasian government is deeply illegal" he said "And a serious breach to the national sovereignty and the rights of the Khanate."
The Prime Minister reaffirmed "the Tarajani commitment to resolve as quickly as possible the civil war in the Khanate: we deeply appreciated the Eurasian decision to propose to the Security Council a resolution authorizing an intervention there, we voted in favour of it, and we are ready to take a direct role in it."
However "a country has no right to indict the sovereign of another country. Moreover, such a breach to International Law is far more serious, since Queen Leo trusted Eurasian authorities so much, to chose Eurasia as the place where to seek asylum."
"We understand the grieviances of Eurasian people and authorities alike" Van Houden said "for the loss of their fellow citizens, and they have all our solidarity about it. But what they wish to do is unjustifiable and illegal."
The Prime Minister then stated that the only thing Eurasia could rightfully do "is to deny the request for asylum to Queen Leo" but, in that case, "New Tarajan would gladly welcome the Queen inside its borders, ensuring her a safe and friendly place."
