Many European companies have already scheduled a series of massive investment in the nation, with the aim of enhancing development and employment, and reap mutual benefits. Finally,it is expected the freedom of movement of persons, with the elimination of barriers to immigration to each other,for European citizens and those of Tokugawa.

The plan for European investment in Tokugawa,co-ordinated by the European Investment Bank and by a consortium of companies,both public and private,will have the objective of promoting growth and local development. In particular,the investments will be focused on the post-conflict reconstruction work,on the development of infrastructure,on the growth of the local the strategic enterprises and SMEs. While the aircraft carrier will be the main base for air operations and logistics,the other naval units provide protection of coastal areas and defense against air and ballistic threats, thanks to the sophisticated anti-missile systems of which they are equipped. To ensure logistical support will be specific squadron of the Military Sealift Command.
Meanwhile,the Army has already deployed on the spot several brigades of paratroopers,supported by specific brigades of airborne artillery,airborne armored cavalry and aviation,from the 82nd Paratroopers Division. These units are specifically meant for rapid deployment,are rapidly taking control of the territory,and establishing bases and headquarters in strategic areas. Units from the Army Corps of Engineers have been deployed to provide technical and logistical support,and for the reconstruction work,while there are also 7th Transimitions Brigade from the Army Transimissions Division,who are already working to create a robust infrastructure network for tactical communications. Units from the Army Medical Command will provide first aids for civilians,in support with local authorities.
The National Carabinieri Corp for police operations and maintenance of stability,as well as for keeping in contact with local civilian authorities,have deployed the 13th Carabinieri Brigade,from the 2nd Carabinieri Division.
The Air Force has deployed several air wings from the Twelft Air Force (Air Combat Command),for air combat operations,and from the Eighteenth Air Force (Air Mobility Command) for logistic and tactical support.

The monarchy is insolvent,and now no longer represents nobody. And I think in this case,people have the right to expect a change". Then,going on more technical issues,the Minister continued: "For this we offer a strong economic support to the newly formed nation, with massive investment and aid in state building, to create a stable government apparatus and restore essential services. In addition, our support will also focus on assistance to the local population, who need food and basic necessities. And yes, for those who are wondering, we have already done to the deployment of European military forces in the area,responding to a legitimate demand of the local government, to reorganize the local security forces, but also act as a deterrent to prevent esclation or conflicts".

The minister, therefore, has reassured its international partners: "We are not going to cause wars or conflicts,and not even to threaten anyone. Our only intention is to support the legitimate demands of the Irish people. For this,for the moment,we will not take any action against the royal government,and the European Government has already agreed to participate in the international meeting organized in Astana. However I would like to warn the entire international community. As a wise man said: who make peaceful revolution impossible,make violent revolution inevitable. The Ministry of Defence has released more information about the deployment of military forces in Ireland republican. The Operation Enduring Freedom,so was called,consists of a military part and a more specifically economic.

The Navy has deployed in place of some units from the Destroyer Squadron 52 (from the 3rd Fleet),in particular it is 4 "Class Horizon" destroyers,and the minor aircraft carrier "Garibaldi". On the spot were also deployed battalions from the 17th "Sforzesca" Air Defense Artillery Brigade (Army Air & Missile Defense Command,for defense against air and missile threats,and from the 5th "Superga" Field Artillery Brigade,for the creation of artillery emplacements.
The National Carabinieri Corp for police operations and maintenance of stability,as well as for keeping in contact with local civilian authorities and for training and organization of local security forces,have deployed the 1st Carabinieri Airborne Brigade "Tuscania",from the 2nd Carabinieri Division.

For humanitarian operations,such as the strengthening of infrastructure and local public services,and the provision of basic necessities for the population,the Ministry of the Interior announced the deployment of some teams from the National Fire Corp,from the European Civil Protection Department,from the European Red Cross and various voluntary associations. Navy and Air Force will provide for the needs of technical and logistical nature.

Given the increasing complexity of the situation,which for the moment seems stalled,at least until the Irish Monarchy does not take action,the Government held an interministerial summit,chaired by the President of the Council of Ministries Martin Schulz,to decide the next steps,and informed the Parliament on the issue.

The governmental positions can be easily summarized through the important parts of the press conference of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs,held after the summit: "On behalf of the whole of Europe, I want to communicate to all the nations involved that our intervention only and is intended only to preserve peace,and to protect the interests of the local population" began the Minister, who then continued "We do not see any harm to the sovereignty of the Irish monarchy in our recent actions. We have recognized the Republic as a sovereign state,however legitimized by the population,unlike the monarchy,and therefore we acted sustaining its legitimate claim for protection. Our only interest is to maintain stability,avoid escalation or acts of violence,defend a sovereign state." If we withdraw now,the most brutal violence would break out over the entire Ireland, on both sides. If we retire now, it would risk a humanitarian catastrophe. Without European troops to maintain stability, at this time we already had thousands of dead,the civil war would have flared up. This is a fact."
